We believe that our uric acid meter is the best hand held home uric acid test meter available on the market, however, if you are dissatisfied with the meters performance you may return it to us within 30 days for a money back refund. To qualify for this refund you must send us a copy of your lab results along  with the meter and its stored results.  Consumables are not refundable and  will be deducted from your refund.  Opened, unsaleable uric acid, cholesterol or glucose  test strip packs will be deducted at the current pricing.    The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs and must contact us before returning the meter to obtain our return form.
